2. Services

Our consulting and review services incorporate advanced methodologies for accurate submissions. Scheduling of appointments requires prior payment. Appointments may be rescheduled without charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

2.1 Standard Service Package: You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the session date. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.

2.2 Premium Smart Precision Review: Due to dedicated expert allocation and preparatory work, this service is non-refundable. We commit to deliver detailed findings as promised.

2.3 Service credits: Unused hours in a service package may be transferred to another session if notified at least 3 days in advance.

3. Digital Products

Digital guides, webinars, and templates are delivered upon payment. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

3.1 Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Once any download or streaming has occurred, purchases are final.

4. Merchandise

Physical materials and branded items are shipped from our Toronto facility.

4.1 If an item arrives damaged or defective, please report within 5 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees, within 20 business days of receiving the shipped item. To process a refund or replacement, you must ship back the item in its original condition.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 15 business days to appear. You may also choose a credit towards future services within TaxFocusLab.com valid for 6 months from issuance.

Partial refunds may apply in cases where part of a service has already been delivered or unique digital content has been accessed. For non-refundable services or digital materials accessed as outlined above, no refund will be provided.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via email or a notice on TaxFocusLab.com. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
